Booking Fee:

All bookings are subject to 50% non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee.This is to be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This payment will be deducted from the total of your appointment on the day of your treatment. Or pay up front full amount if you are happy to do so.

Cancelation policy:

Cancelations and rearrangements please give at least 72 hours. Non refundable and non transferable deposit can be moved to a later date only ONCE. Cancellations after the 48 hours notice regardless the reason will result in your booking fee being forfeited.You will then be required to put down a new non-refundable booking fee to secure any future appointments.Please note no treatment under 16s !

Annulment Policy:

If you chose to change your treatment or add to your treatment, please give 48 hours notice so I can try to accommodate this.If you change your mind and remove treatments at the time of your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the services that you were originally booked in for, as I will be unable to fill that gap at such short notice. To change the date or time of any appointments please give 72 hours notice.

Late Arrivals:

Late arrival to your appointment will result in reduced treatment time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your booking fee will be lost.

If you don’t attend your appointment full price of the treatment will be payable.

These need to be paid in full before any future appointments will be made.

Early Arrivals:

If you can please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible, this would be appreciated.

A few minutes early can usually be accommodated but if you arrive 10-20min.earlier then your scheduled appointment time, I may not be ready for you and ask that you please wait in your car or outside until your allotted time. You are welcome to text me if you are early and if I am able to start you early I will text you back.

Please note:

I do not remove other peoples work. Is important that you come to your first appointment with bare nails in order for me to assess their health and provide the appropriate treatment.
